My kitten has parasites. How to clean house to prevent reinfection?

Steam cleaning and shampooing the areas of the carpet that were in contact with any feces will help get rid of any eggs. You should disinfect any hard surfaces with a disinfectant cleaner. You can also disinfect the litter pan and all food/water bowls.

I'm assuming you mean your cat has intestinal worms. That requires a deworming treatment which you can get OTC, and I recommend getting him Panacur. It's available at a pet store. He will need another deworming treatment two weeks after the first one to kill all the worms. Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after handing him and cleaning his litter box to prevent you from getting them. In terms of sleeping with you, it's fine for him to sleep with you as you can only get the worms if you accidentally ingested contaminated feces. If you are talking about fleas, I can give you a flea treatment program for him. First, I would give him Capstar. It's a one time pill that starts killing fleas within 30 minutes. Then follow up with a spot on treatment, such as Advantage or Revolution. This is a treatment that has to be used once a month. You will also have to disinfect the environment. Wash his bedding in hot soapy water, and vacuum the furniture and carpet surfaces. You can use a spray to kill fleas in the house, such as Indorex, or a flea bomb would work well to kill the fleas in the home.

It's definitely a good idea to clean and sanitize everything after your cat has had worms just to prevent spreading it back to your cat (or yourself from contact with any affected material as roundworms are transmissible to people and other pets). I would make sure at the very least to completely change the litter, wipe down the litter box with a sanitizing wipe, and wash any bedding your cat regularly sleeps on including your own, their beds, the couch, etc. This can help get rid of any roundworm eggs that may still be in the environment as it can be spread through fecal matter.

This is really not necessary for you to do. The way cats get tapeworms is by eating fleas infected with the tapeworm larvae. They will not get tapeworms by ingesting the segments you see in the feces. So, that being the case, you should be more concerned with treating the environment to get rid of the fleas/flea eggs, etc. and by treating the cat with flea medication (either topical or oral) every month. If you have a yard and cat goes outside you should treat the yard as well. If a cat has tapeworms they definitely have fleas. Disinfecting the house with bleach is not helpful in preventing transmission of tapeworms (you cannot get the either) but if it makes you feel better by cleaning the house with bleach you can certainly do that - I would use a 10:1 dilution of water to bleach (10 parts water to 1 part bleach). If Barney has already been infected with parvovirus (typically called panleukopenia in cats) by your unvaccinated kitten, then there's no need to separate them at this point. However, if you have any other cats in your home, then Barney and the unvaccinated kitten should be strictly isolated from the other cats. If you have other cats in your home, disinfecting with diluted bleach daily is important to prevent further spread. If you do not have other cats, then it's reasonable to wait until both kittens have recovered before thoroughly disinfecting with bleach. With a parvovirus, reinfection is not typically an issue, as it can be with other viruses. If either kitten becomes lethargic, experiences vomiting and/or diarrhea, refuses to eat, or develops any neurologic changes, they should be examined by your vet right away.
