My cat won't eat, is vocal, and can't move. What should I do?

Oh no poor guy. There isn't much you can do for him at home in such a dire situation as this. He needs medical care unfortunately. If your vet is closed then I would highly recommend taking him in to an ER vet who is available after hours and is readily available to take care of Shadow in such an emergency type situation as this. If he isn't able to move, then I too would be suspicous of a stroke event, a saddle thrombus (clot in the lower abdomen), a urinary blockage (especially if he is vocal and unable to urinate), or some other cardiac disorder. This sounds like an emergency condition for Ollie and he should be examined by an ER vet immediately. He could have a number of underlying conditions, such as an intestinal obstruction, severe virus, among others. The vet will be able to examine Ollie and perform any necessary diagnostics and treatments.

I'm sorry to hear Perry isn't feeling well. In a young neutered male cat, I would be worried about a urinary blockage. If he hasn't used the litter box in the last few hours I would get him to the vet ASAP. If he cannot urinate he could die.
