Hello. Your cat Pyachu has tapeworms, which he has gotten from catching & eating the rodents he hunts. There are no home remedies for this. You will need to purchase an appropriate cat wormer that contains the ingredient praziquantel. This would be the least expensive way to get rid of the tapeworms. As long as he hunts, you will need to periodically treat him for the tapeworms. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
