What OTC cat dewormer treats different worms without a vet visit?

Hello. This is definitely a tapeworm. Go to https://www.chewy.com ( or check with your local pet retailer ) & pick up Bayer tapeworm de-wormer for cats. That will take care of the problem for now. The two main types of worms you can see with the human eye is tapeworms and roundworms. Since these don't look like tapeworms to you, purchase an over the counter dewormer for roundworms and give it to see to see if it helps. If you do take her in, make sure to get her vaccines done. Rabies vaccines are very important for any animals who has contact with people so you may consider having this done regardless. That is a lovely kitty you have there! If the worm you saw looked like a little squirmy grain of rice, then Cadbury has tapeworms. This is easily treated with a cat wormer that contains praziquantel. You should be able to get that from your vet, or over the counter from a pet shop. You can also order it over the internet. Drontal for cats would be such a wormer.
