Hello, my cat has multiple small white bumps on his skin. They don’t appear to be painful or itchy, and from what I can feel they are mostly on his back (I’ve found about 5?)

Hello, those areas do not look very concerning that they need immediate veterinary care. It also does not look like an allergic reaction. I would recommend monitoring the area since they do not seem to be bothering Mj. If he begins to scratch, lick, or if the areas worsen by becoming painful, red, swollen, or occupying a larger diameter then you should have Mj evaluated by a veterinarian.
Other potential causes besides an allergy, could be ringworm, bacterial or yeast infections, or scars.
Hope this helps and best of luck.
