I’m sorry to see that Gizmo doesn’t feel well. Those lesions on the skin could be a very deep bacterial infection, fungal infection, or even an autoimmune disorder. A biopsy may be helpful in determining the problem and the best course of action. I would also recommend a deep tissue culture to find out what bacteria may be present. Antibiotic therapy and soaks in Epsom salt or a medicated bath may also be indicated. Best of luck and I hope you find an answer and he improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
