My cat has some watery discharge coming out of his eyes. Sometimes it's both eyes, sometimes only one. It usually happens when we let him in the house after playing outside. Whenever I see it, I apply a drop of tobramycin (idk if I should, but those are the only eye drops I have). He's acting normal, his appetite is okay, sometimes he has diarrhea when we change his food. Should I be worried? Thanks in advance

This certainly could be due to allergies and in most cases, does not cause much discomfort apart from runny eyes. This could also be an upper respiratory infection from a viral infection. I would keep an eye on this and if it continues, recommend having a veterinarian examine Nemo so that the most appropriate treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps!
