My cat is vomiting and not eating anything. Not even water. I need a quick solution. I'm giving him "Omidon-domporidon suspension" for his vomiting. Still not that much improve. Please help. I've added a pic of his medicine. Please I need quick support.

It sounds as your cat is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
No vet is allowed to give prescriptions online without having physically check their patient first, it is not possible for me to give you any specific advise regarding medications without having examined your pet.
