My cat is vomiting and has blood in its poop. What could be wrong?

My tonkinese cat has been sick once and has blood streaks in poo what could it be?

Hello. Vomiting and blood in the feaces could be signs of a mild gastritis, or could be much more severe. If the poop was very big and hard, then the vomiting could be secondary to Wally being constipated. If the poop was soft and liquid then he could have a gastritis. If he is eating/drinking well, and just had one episode and is back to normal, you can monitor him for now, but if he is lethargic, still vomiting, and if the blood gets worse or continues, then I would bring him to a vet.
