This should subside within 1-2 days. The vomiting could certainly be due to other reasons like gastroenteritis. This vomiting could be caused by a GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. Should Bella need to see a vet, the vet can diagnose the cause of the vomiting and can treat her for it.

Poor Dexter! That is concerning that he won't eat and has been sleeping all day. If the vomiting and diarrhea has stopped then you could try to get him to eat a small amount of a bland diet. Try a little bit of boiled chicken and see if he will eat that. You could also syringe a little bit of water into his mouth to see if he will drink. If the lethargy, decreased appetite, vomiting, and/or diarrhea continues then he needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. He may need some fluids to prevent dehydration and an anti-vomiting medication. Hope he feels better soon!
