My cat vomited & had direaha overnight. Today he hasn't eaten & has slept all day... I'm worried

It could be that Fitz ate something in the house that upset his stomach, causing the vomiting and diarrhea. It could also be that he has intestinal worms. I would make sure he's up to date on his deworming treatments, giving him one if he isn't. I recommend Panacur. You can try giving him a bland diet when he has the vomiting and diarrhea to see if that helps. I recommend withholding food for 12-24 hours, then feeding a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. Given that it's only happened twice in the last two months and he's otherwise acting normal, I wouldn't rush him into a vet just yet. If it continues, then yes take him into the vet. I hope this helps!
