Sometimes antibiotics part the natural flora of the gut, you are doing the right thing in giving the probiotoc. It is difficult as obviously you want the uti to clear up, if Duck seems in good form otherwise and you can cope with the mess I would try and stick it out. As long as he continues to pass large amounts of urine and the diarrhea stops the crying should decrease.
