It's likely not an emergency, but as soon as you can, yes, you should take ChiQui in to see her vet. For one thing, you can't guarantee that there isn't some of the tooth left in the gum, and if so it will likely contribute to formation of an infection that will not heal. Secondly, if one tooth just fell out, there is likely a lot of other dental disease, so she needs a dental cleaning.
