My cat has a tick, is weak, and won't eat. Does he need medicine?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 lbs

Found a tic on my cat yesterday and now he is week and hasn’t eaten in a day and a half...is there any medicine or antibiotics I can use

The weakness and not eating most likely is not form the tick. I recommend taking Charlie to a veterinarian since these symptoms are very vague and could mean many things.
