My sick cat won't eat or drink and is very weak. What should I do?

Hi. It sounds like she is very sick. With these signs, she needs to go to the ER right away. It sounds as if she has a neurologic condition that is progressing. They will do an exam, labwotk and imaging and that will help.guide us to the possible diagnosis. Good.luck

Smokey is a handsome boy, and I'm sorry he's sick! He could have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, may have pancreatitis, or could have a GI illness causing his symptoms. Hello. For such a geriatric kitty, I would have Charlie seen as soon as possible. These older kitties are very often just bordering on the edge of dehydration & will benefit from some fluids, often given subcutaneously. This alone can often help their appetite, too.
