My cat has been battling a double middle ear infection and has been on antibiotics for 5 weeks now. He is eating wet food and drinking. However, I have noticed he is peeing once a day (it has been 2x). I am wondering if it is alright to give him unflavored Pedialyte and how I should administer it? If I get home tonight and I do not have any pee, I may have to bring him in (since it will be since noon Wed). If he did pee, I would like to still hydrate him a little! Any advice would be great.

It is possible that he is not drinking as much as he should. Antibiotics can affect the amount a cat eats and/or drinks, so this could be the reason. I would observe Leo to make sure he is indeed have a good pee at least once a day, and does not have problems urinating and if he does have problems, take him back to the vet for a recheck.
