Possible cause of his white gums are anemia (leukemia, blood loss from fleas, immune mediated disease, not making red blood cells due to bone marrow disease), severe dehydration causing poor blood pressure and shock or hypothermia. Anemia causes weakness and overall sick feeling which causes a poor appetite. His eye may or may not be related. He could have a corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, or uveitis. Oculonasal discharge and congestion in a cat basically is screaming a upper respiratory infection. These can be either bacterial or viral in origin typically. If it is bacterial it is going to require antibiotics in order to improve and by the looks of those eyes something to treat those topically. Lysine can also be used to support the immune system in these cases. As for the skin issues I can't say that one has anything to do with the other necessarily. I would have Wilson looked at by a veterinarian sometime soon in order to assess his respiratory status as well as the hair loss you are seeing. They will be able to tell you what should be done next.

He needs to be seen by a vet. It sounds like he needs some antibiotics to clear up the pus/wounds. It also sounds like he may have fleas or mange if he is losing his hair. Finally, if he has not been vaccinated he could catch disease like feline AIDS or feline leukemia. He may not be showing any symptoms now but those diseases can show up later. Both of those are transmitted by bite wounds from other cats. If he is fighting with other cats he may contact these diseases.
