Cat hasn’t been able to urinate for about 5 days now. We contastly check the litter box but nothing so far and he drinks a lot of water. He had a uti in the past but the vet sent him home with cd food and it helped then. He still eats that food everyday

I am sorry Moose is not feeling well. If Moose is not urinating I would consider this a medical emergency. It is possible he has a UTI, crystals or even bladder stones causing him irrigation or urination outside of the litter box. However, in male cats we become very concerned about urethral obstruction which is very serious. i would recommend taking him to a vet as soon as possible to have Moose examined. I hope that helps
