  These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed.

  I would have Mayor seen by a vet immediately. It's quite serious that he hasn't been able to keep down food for the past two days. When a cat hasn't eaten or kept down food for at least three days, they can develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Mayor could have a severe Gi illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have a foreign body. He needs to see a vet now to diagnose what is causing him to vomit after eating and to prevent him from developing a fatty liver.

  I'm sorry to hear that Geralt is not adjusting to his new home as quickly as you'd hoped. Cats have a knack for having a long adjustment periods when placed under newly stressful situations. It is definitely true that vomiting and other GI upset can be caused by the introduction of a new diet. If he is having difficulty keeping down bland foods as well, However, nearly two days without an ability to keep anything down is fairly troublesome. Some medication for gastric acid production and nausea might help resolve the situations if that is the only thing that is causing trouble. Diagnostic blood work would help rule out some rather serious causes for the vomiting including liver, kidney, and pancreatic disease. I would look into seeing a veterinarian some time soon before matters have a chance to get worse. Hope this helps.

  It sounds as Storm is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
