My cat has a scratch on her nose. What should I do or apply to it?

I still think that a focal infection or traumatic lesion is more likely. You can use a topical medication like Douxo 3% PS pads which you may find online. You can apply this to the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks. If this does not resolve or appears to be progressing, have Lovey evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Hello! Nadi should be fine, you can also apply vitamin E oil to help her heal more quickly. Due to location, there isn't much your veterinarian will be able to do to close the wound, and it looks healthy and shallow. I hope that helps! My concern is that it could also get infected. Try to keep the area as clean as possible and try to prevent her from scratching at it. When that layer of tissue becomes exposed like that, they can be more at risk of developing infections. For this reason, it would be indicated to have Boo evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If Binx lets you clean the nose with antiseptic solution, you should do it every 8-12hrs. Please, take Binx to your local vets tomorrow as he may need treatment with a course of anti-inflammatory medications.

I have not ever encountered a lesion that looks like this. I would be a bit worried about it. I suggest you just monitor it for now and if it makes any significant changes or it does not go away within about 2 weeks then you should have your vet check Nacho.

It is definitely possible that she cut herself on something. It almost appears that she may have a rub sore on her nose from rubbing her nose against something. It does not look infected so I would keep an eye on this and if it worsens, take Masha in to be seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate treatment recommendations can be made.
