My cat's neuter incision opened, pink thing sticking out. Emergency?

This is definitely not normal, this requires a closer look to be taken by a vet, it might need to be repaired under sedation. this can wait for a normal vet apointment as long as it is no later than tomorrow morning.

I don't see any signs of infection, and while it appears a little bit of the incision is open (maybe the glue didn't stick correctly), it's doesn't appear deep or big enough to be concerning. Continue to monitor him.

Oh Chandler, what a naughty kitty. They are so good at removing their cone! It looks like there is a little prolapsed tissue there likely from where he opened the incision. As long as he keeps his cone on overnight it will likely be okay to see you vet tomorrow. They can then make sure he doesn't need a suture and/or antibiotics. Hello. This is not normal. Traditionally, the incisions over the acrotum are left open when a cat is neutered. Some of the scrotal tissue appears to be bulging out. This is not life threatening, but may delay healing time or possibly become infected. I would suggest that you have your cat rechecked by the veterinarian that performed the surgery. These are the tissue remaining inside the testicular sac (scrotum).Buster collar needs to be placed as soon as possible and Boots needs to be seen by your veterinarian as antibiotics are required as well. Without antibiotics this wound will get infected.
