This is a tapeworm. These come from your pet ingesting a flea or eating poop of another pet infected with tapeworms. I would recommend getting a dewormer that treats tapeworms. You may be able to find one at your local pet store. If not, then visit your vet for a dewormer. You should also get Oddie on a good flea preventative. My top picks are: Bravecto, Nexgard, Simparica, or Firstshield.
You yoursefl can also get tapeworms by ingesting one. Other dogs can also get infected if ingested.
I hope this helps! Best of luck with Oddie and his worms. Take care!
