My cat meows loudly at the mirror. How do I stop this behavior?

Unfortunately it's impossible to know why Adik is meowing so much! If the cats are not spayed and neutered, he is more likely to reactive if the female is coming into heat or if there are other un-neutered males outside. If they are not spayed and neutered, I recommend to have this done. This may help to decrease reactivity but it may now fully control it. Other things you can do are related to environmental enrichment. It doesn't really sound like a medical issue but it is always best to have a vet check him out if there is a drastic change in behavior. You should try giving Sunny environmental enrichment. Set aside 30 minutes to play with him every single day. Provide climbing opportunities such as shelving units and a tall cat tree. You can also find many interactive toys that can help. Lastly, you may try feeding him out of a kibble dispensing ball instead of a dish. This will stimulate his brain as well as give him physical activity. You must make sure however that he knows how to use it! Best of luck!

I would first recommend taking Marley to the vet make sure he is healthy. Some cats will become more affectionate when they are sick or not feel well. Second I would recommend increasing toy and activity in the house. He could be getting bored so he is trying to play/interact with you more. They do make toys that can hide treats in them. You can try and hid toys around the house so he has to go find them. Increasing his activity will really help in this situation

You've probably realized this, but Michu thought there was another cat in the house, and this was extremely upsetting to her. She reacted in a very normal way for her species - cats are loners and they are quite territorial, and in her mind she believed that another cat had invaded her territory. My advice would be to ensure that she can't see her reflection by covering mirrors at her level and preventing her from seeing her reflection in glass - you can do this by placing translucent adhesive film over the glass. Also, if this does happen again, please do not throw water at her - this likely will just continue to escalate her reaction.
