My cat fought, now limping, hiding, and not eating. Is it serious?

I think an immediate check up is required as the most likely problem is that they got into a fight and Lissana has an abscess on the lower back region. Possibly the limp is due to pain on the back region, but it is unlikely that spinal cord is involved (she would possibly drag the leg when she walks rather than limping on it and there would be other signs as well). If there is a bit wound, abscess must be lanced, flushed, disinfected and antibiotics must be given. If it is a bite wound, I worry about an infection developing underneath the skin. The eye needs to be addressed as well. The tissue protruding can be a laceration of his third eyelid. He will need to have his eye assessed for damage to the surface of the eye as well. Poor guy. If he is limping then I would be concerned about an internal fracture or even infection. I would take him to the hospital right away because if an infection is present you want that treated right away. An infection is possible because of Raymond's symptom of lethargy. Also you want to get him some immediate pain relief if possible.

There is nothing that can done at home in this case, I'm sorry. Leo is obviously in a lot of pain, and there are no OTC pain medications for cats. Many human ones are toxic to cats, and are fatal if given. Plus he has a fever, and it's extremely serious he won't. The best thing for him is to find the closest vet to you, and get him there now.

He may have not escaped uninjured. It is possible he was bitten and is developing and infection or abscess. Cat bites can be difficult to spot. Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian. He may need antibiotics and pain medications.

Jute could certainly be frightened, but given that there may have been a fight I would be more worried about an injury that is either causing pain (and his avoidance of you) or even something serious enough to cause shock. I'm not sure from your description when this fight occurred, I would watch him very carefully and take him into the veterinarian today if he isn't responding to you more normally in the next hour to two. From the picture I wouldn't say that the gums look abnormal, but if in your assessment (based on what is normal for him) if they seem paler than normal, this warrants close observation and escalation to get him care if he doesn't normalize soon.
