My cat fought: limping, eye injury, head shaking. Is it an emergency?

Poor guy. If he is limping then I would be concerned about an internal fracture or even infection. I would take him to the hospital right away because if an infection is present you want that treated right away. An infection is possible because of Raymond's symptom of lethargy. Also you want to get him some immediate pain relief if possible.

Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian. He may have been bitten by another cat which would explain his symptoms. A cat bite can be difficult to detect and can abscess and be quite painful. Antibiotics and pain medication may be indicated.

I think an immediate check up is required as the most likely problem is that they got into a fight and Lissana has an abscess on the lower back region. Possibly the limp is due to pain on the back region, but it is unlikely that spinal cord is involved (she would possibly drag the leg when she walks rather than limping on it and there would be other signs as well). If there is a bit wound, abscess must be lanced, flushed, disinfected and antibiotics must be given. With Gingy being an indoor and outdoor cat (I I am assuming he was outdoors based on saying he came in), I would be concerned about trauma such as a bite wound or something else going on that could lead to an abscess. I would recommend trying to at least call your veterinarian to see if they would like to see him or if they would prefer you to wait till Monday. If you cannot get a hold of your veterinarian and then my brain continues I recommend trying to find an emergency veterinarian to see him. In the meantime keep them indoors, watch for any increase in swelling or pain but do not give any human pain medication as it can be very toxic to cats.

This is very likely the result of the cat fight he had few days ago. The lesion look like a burst abscess or a bite wound. It is quite deep and is affecting Leo systemically (not eating well, lethargic). I recommend a visit to your local vet; Leo possibly need some antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication. Thank you for submitting your question regarding Adee. I am concerned that she may have an abscess as a result of a fight wound. This a deep infection trapped under the skin. It is painful and makes the cat not want to eat. She will need to see a veterinarian to determine if this is the case. If so, treatment such as antibiotics will be necessary. Most likely the puncture is from a fight with another cat. It is probably not directly related to sneezing/runny eyes. It sounds like she also has an upper respiratory infection (URI). She may have caught it from another cat. I suggest you take her to the vet for an appointment. It is not an emergency but I would consider it urgent especially if she is moaning in pain.
