My cat's leg skin allergy looks infected. Does she need a vet?

My cat is suffering from a skin allergy on her legs . please help .

This might be more than just an allergic reaction, it looks very severe, most probably infected as well. you must take your cat to the vet in order to get it treated ASAP, she will need an antibiotic injection and if an allergy is suspected as the cause then she will also probably need a steroid injection.
