I would still be concerned that something serious could be going on. It’s true that cats it is rare for a female cat to develop a urinary obstruction but it is not completely unheard of. I’m also wondering if there’s a chance she could be pregnant and having difficulty with labor. I think you should contact the emergency clinic again or call another hospital to have Luna seen.

This is probably not because she is in heat (cats usually do not bleed during their period), this looks like a severe urinary infection/bladder inflammation. you need to take her to the vet in order to get it treated ASAP.

This is not normal and could be a sign of urinary issues or trauma. If she has very recently been with the mother then neonatal isoerythrolysis would be another possibility but if you have had her more than a few days this would not be a possibility. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her to determine what might be going on.

The bleeding is definitely not normal. I think you should take her to a vet tomorrow for sure. If she starts to act sick at all tonight - not eating, very lethargic, pushing like she is trying to give birth but nothing is coming out, etc then she needs to see a vet tonight.

Vuk, your kitty needs to be taken to a veterinarian right away. This is an emergency. It is possible that lary was hit by a car, especially if there is fresh blood from the anus. Please find a veterinarian tonight, (even a large animal vet will help) to give fluids, take pain and give at least supportive treatment or euthanize your cat if she is very badly hurt.
