My cat is in labor, water broke. How long until the first kitten?

My rescue cat is in labor. She had a bag of water hanging out of her that busted. How long should I wait for a kitten before going to the vet

once you see the sack it should not take more than 2 hours for the first kitten to come out, anything above that and there is probably a problem (not common in cats) and Sasha will need to be taken to the vet.
