Human drugs can cause severe side effects in cats and even death. No you cannot use panadol. It's toxic to cats, and even giving her one could be enough to kill her. Try to cool her down by wrapping her body in damp, cool towels. Offer her boiled white meat chicken (no bones) to eat.
