My cat hit his head, now drooling and shaking. What should I do?

That would depend on the cause of the head shaking and salivating. Rabies is possible, even in a kitten so young, if it hasn't been vaccinated. The most common cause of this is licking something that doesn't taste good. Be careful to not get bitten, and use a syringe or a water hose on very low pressure to rinse out the mouth with cool water. Don't spray it in the back of the throat. If it seems like the kitten can't swallow, he really needs to see a vet, or if the salivating continues or he starts showing other abnormalities that could be associated with rabies, such as tremors, seizuring, or becoming aggressive.

Oh my. These are all very serious symptoms, especially for a cat. They can indicate he could have a number of things going on including: a stroke, seizure, vestibular disease or even brain cancer. While more common in dogs, saliva mucoceles (sialocele) can happen in cats. This is usually a swelling under the tissue that is caused by a build up of saliva formed by the salivary glands. Depending on the location, if this swelling is bothering your cat, it may cause an increase in drooling, and may irritate your cat where they try to scratch at or shake off the bother. If the sialocele is in a bad location, it may also effect eating and drinking. If you have not already, having your cat examined by your local vet is best. They can determine the location of the problem, and may recommend treatment depending on its severity, location and if it is causing symptoms. If your cat seems very bothered by it, then treatment may be needed. Poor Boubou. If he is limping, he is in pain and unfortunately there are no OTC pain relievers you can give him. Human ones are toxic to cats and will kill him if given. Being abnormally thin is of great concern, and he could be trembling due to pain. Salivating a lot could be due to pain, maybe from limping, but it could also be from a dental problem which could lead to him being abnormally thin. Frankly I'm quite concerned about him and feel the best course of action for him is to take him into a vet immediately. I think he warrants an emergency vet visit now, please do that. You need to take Lioncio into a vet immediately to have this treated. If the bite is pretty deep, I'd be very concerned about infection. Infections frequently occur from bites. This will also be painful him, and you cannot give him any OTC pain medications. Many of them are toxic to cats, and are fatal if given. He should have veterinary care now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
