Especially if it is hot out, the temperature inside of a tent could become dangerously hot and cause heat stroke, which can be fatal. Additionally, I would be nervous about leaving her in a tent alone because she could potentially attract wildlife that may attack her while she’s unsupervised. She may also run away if she gets out of the tent because she is unfamiliar with the surroundings. If she could be supervised at all times, I think she could be OK. I hope this is helpful!

If Shakira stresses very easily, I think the best thing to do is have her seen by her vet before she goes on this trip, and discuss using medication to help ease her stress during it. After they have been cleared to start exercising it is best to start out with like a 5-10 minute leash walk and then every few days increase the time by about 5 minutes.
