My cat has green fungus on her face after vet treatment. What now?

my cat has a green like fungus looking thing growing on her face around her mouth and nose i took her to the vet and they gave ointment and some thing else to clean but she still has it

This looks like quite a nasty skin infection likely caused by a fungus or bacteria. I would return to your vet and asked for it to be tested to find out exactly what it is. If it is fungus it can require extensive treatment.
