My cat grass has mushrooms. Should I remove them for my cat's safety?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 lbs

I have pleated inkcap mushrooms growing im my cat grass....is this harmful to my cat? Should i toss it out or just pick them out of the container?

The inkcap is not considered a toxic mushroom but could still lead to GI upset such as vomiting or diarrhea. I would recommend removing the mushrooms to avoid any such symptoms.
