My cat fought, has a stomach injury, is quiet and not eating. Advice?

I would give her a few hours to see if she'll eventually come out on her own to inspect her for injuries. You can try enticing her out with cat food or even some chicken warmed up so it's really smelly, and then inspect her as she's focused on eating. If she won't come out/eat at all, seems severely injured or in distress, or you suspect wounds, it is best to seek veterinary care ASAP especially since wild animals can transmit diseases.

She most likely has an infection and it can develop, if it has not already into an abscess. I would recommend trying to find an emergency veterinarian if you can. She most likely needs antibiotics. He may have not escaped uninjured. It is possible he was bitten and is developing and infection or abscess. Cat bites can be difficult to spot. Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian. He may need antibiotics and pain medications.

This is very likely the result of the cat fight he had few days ago. The lesion look like a burst abscess or a bite wound. It is quite deep and is affecting Leo systemically (not eating well, lethargic). I recommend a visit to your local vet; Leo possibly need some antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication. Hi, yes it looks like Precious has a wound. It could be an abscess that has opened and is trying to heal. If this is the case, Precious will require the area to be cleaned thoroughly by your veterinarian and might also need antibiotics. Do you have another cat that might have unwillingly caused this ? This sign is very concerning and may eventually be in a life threatening condition. Fever or extreme discomfort may be present. I would strongly recommend an immediate check up to confirm this clinical suspicion and have the appropriate treatment performed. Antibiotics may be needed.

Poor cat! If the injury is serious as you say then kitty needs to be seen by your local vet for medical treatment and proper wound management. Depending on the nature of the injury, kitty may need sutures or staples, antibiotics and pain medication. Blood in the urine is a sign of stress, and weakness indicates that this kitty has a general illness such as infection going on that isn't being properly treated for. I seriously hope that your cat get the proper care soon and can recover from this unfortunate situation.
