My cat's eye infection is worsening. What's the best course of action?

My cat has an infection in both eyes and it looks like its worsening.

It does look as if your car has an eye infection. If there is any associates sneezing and/or coughing it may be an upper respiratory infection as well. Based on the pictures a corneal ulceration cannot be ruled out.

I would recommend taking your cat in to be examined by your veterinarian so the exact cause of the eye discharge can be determined. Diamond may need topical ointment to help clear up the discharge.
