Is it safe if I accidentally gave my cat Strongid twice for worms?

She will be fine. Dewormer has a really wide safety margin so double dosing does not cause any major issues for pets. At the most she may have a little upset stomach, but I don't even expect that to occur.

However a 2nd tablet, as long as it is one designed for cats, won't cause a problem. They have very high safety margins. Best of luck with your kittens!

Do not give the dogs any more dewormer at this stage. Wait at least 7 days before you give them the correct dewormer. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Sometimes the worms die and just come out like mucus in the stool, not full worms. If you gave the proper dose I’m sure it was effective.
