Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 15 years and 11 months old | 5 lbs
My cat has had cysts before. Vet has drained. Now she has one on forehead Of course after hours. He said try warm compress. I did but now seems to be draining thru eye. E R visit warrented?

The best course of action to treat Chloe is probably to have that cyst surgically removed. If you are unable to do this then I would recommend having the vet drain it. If you drain it at home it has the potential to become infected which could lead to serious complications. I would also be concerned with you doing it at home because it is located so close to the eye. Your vet will also be able to look at it more closely and determine if it is something that is benign or malignant.
