Upper respiratory infections, allergies, and minor issues with the throat or lungs can sometimes cause congestion or coughing/snoring sounds, however minor cases may resolve on their own with little symptoms. If your cat is still eating and drinking and acting normally, it may just be best to keep an eye on her and watch for any changes. If you do see symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, loss of appetite, fever, difficulty breathing or discharge from the eyes and nose, then scheduling a veterinary appointment for further care is best. If she stays normal, then bringing it up at your next vet checkup if still concerned is best so that your vet can make sure to examine those areas more thoroughly.

As long as his energy level is high, he has good appetite and he does not have any breathing difficulties, you should monitor him at home. Uncomplicated cat flu should go away within 7-10 days. However, if Ember becomes lethargic, off food or the discharge from the nose and eyes turns green / yellow you should take him to your local vets for a check.

As long as he is still eating and able to sleep comfortably then i would not be overly concerned. Bathing his nose with saline and cotton wool can help free any mucus and make breathing a little easier. If symptoms worsen or he starts breathing with his mouth open I would seek an emergency appointment

Sneezing in cats is often a sign of airways irritation (from dust, floor cleaners, pollen etc) or upper airways infection. If Ballball acts perfectly normal, has good appetite and high energy level I would not worry about sneezing. However, if the sneezing is getting more frequent or Ballball develops discharge from the nose or eyes, a visit at your local vets will be recommended.

As long as Scooter is bright, has good appetite and does not have any breathing problems, you should monitor him at home. You should clean the discharge from the nose (and the eyes if necessary) with baby wipes. Offer him warm, tasty food as with runny nose cats can not smell very well. Typically, uncomplicated cat flu symptoms go away after 7-10 days However, if Scooter starts breathing heavily, goes off his food or the discharge from the nose turn green or yellow, you should take him to your local vets for an appointment.
