Judging from your description, it sounds as if he is fighting an upper respiratory infection. Many of these are a result of a viral infection. I would recommend having him examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. He likely needs an antibiotic for a secondary bacterial infection potentially and a lysine supplement to help reduce the severity / duration of the viral infection. This is usually treated with antibiotic eye drops and oral antibiotics and cats usually respond well to therapy. I recommend that you have Kilo evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Most snuffles and flus will resolve themselves over 3-5days once a cat is indoors, warm and dry. If fever is continuing, antiinflammatory and possibly antibiotic medications may need to be prescribed by your vet. Calming supplements and foods should be considered if your cat is very anxious

If Tikvichko truly has a fever (check by using a digital thermometer inserted about 1 centimeter in the rectum; cats are normally between 100 and 102 Fahrenheit) then he likely needs antibiotics to treat this problem. I'm not sure how it works in your country, but in the U.S. these are only obtainable with a prescription. Clavamox is typically a good choice for respiratory infections; your vet can prescribe it for you

He could have an upper airway infection or possibly an allergy. If his signs continue then he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. He might need an antibiotic and other medications to help treat the problem.
