There is no safe over the counter medication for cats. You can try to apply a warm compress to help alleviate some discomfort. You can let her lick it, but it will likely rupture from her messing with it, and this may relieve some pressure. If that happens, you can try to flush is with a little water, but be careful this may be uncomfortable and she may not let you do it. I would try to get her to a vet in the morning because it will need antibiotics to get well completely

This sounds like she had an anal sac abscess that ruptured. The epson salt baths are good, but now you should just dry off the area well and let it heal by itself. If by Monday it does not look like it is getting better or if it is getting worse, she will need to be seen by a veterinarian.
