Hello, I am incredibly sorry to hear about Tazi. After an extreme stressful event like this the most important thing is to create a calm and consistent environment for recovery. If possible try to stay home with Tazi and provide her with love and affection. If she enjoys playing you could spend additional time playing with her and socializing her. This takes lots of time and patience to improve. You can try a Feliway pheromone spray or diffuser. That often relaxes cats and reduces their anxiety. If she enjoys grooming brush her for a short time each day. Usually then they will start coming out to get groomed and be with you. The loud noises are hard and there is not much to be done other than act calmly like you are doing. I never force a cat to come out or do do things that make them anxious as this will only worsen the problem. Make sure she has a quiet, private 'safe' place to go. This may be difficult to correct but it generally can be done. Continue using the diffuser. Try switching litter boxes, beds, and rubbing each cat with the same towel to try to get them to smell like each other. Sounds like Pickle is pretty active! I would see if you could distract her with a toy that takes less movement (such as some kitty treats hidden inside something), or if you can get her to calm down with some gentle petting or brushing. If she gets too active, distracting her with something that requires less movement may also help. I would also just keep an eye on the suture site and check it a few times daily to make sure the sutures aren't pulling at it's still closing, even if she's a little more active. If they appear to be coming apart or infected, let your vet know as they may need to reclose it or give a short-term sedative to help keep her calmer.
