Pigeon has stomach growth affecting walking and flying. What to do?

Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. That does look concerning and should be checked out by a vet. Bulging of the stomach or near the vent could be any number of things including fatty deposits, growths or tumors, infections, or even an egg that is stuck and unable to pass. If she seems in distress, seeking veterinary care ASAP is best. Keeping her warm, eating, and drinking may help, however having it looked at is needed.

Unfortunately, it would be hard to say without an exam. It's possible that she injured the leg, has an issue with poor nutrition if she's not leaving the nest to eat enough, or there is something else ongoing. Making sure she's eating and drinking, and checking the leg for injuries is a good first step. If you suspect an illness or problem, a vet visit is needed to treat it. Pigeon eggs should also hatch in about 20 days, so if it's been longer than that and not hatched, it is likely not viable and should be removed so that she can get back to eating and drinking normally.
