If he is in a very loud or high-stress area, moving him somewhere quieter may also help him to relax and feel better, however if he continues to act unwell or doesn't perk back up, a vet exam is best.

Antibiotic treatment may be the right choice considering that a possible cause of the signs you described might be an upper respiratory tract infection. In addition I would recommend having her checked if the antibiotic treatment is not sorting any effect in 7 days time as another type of infection could be present (Chlamydia for example).
