My parrot is sick: sneezing, not eating, puffed. Is it an emergency?

my alaxandrian baby parror sneezes first nd then her stomach is hard not eating any thing also puffing his feathers nd there is more white part in feces nd feces are hard

Thanks for reaching out about your parrot. A veterinary visit is recommended to assess for an upper respiratory infection. This seems like an emergency since not eating. Providing supplemental heat in the 80-85 F might give some comfort but does not replace a veterinary visit.
