My Java sparrow is lethargic, wings puffed. Is it sick or fighting?

Sir what should i do my java sparrow is behaving little lethargic....it is sitting with its wings puffed up....and whenever it is going to eat it's food...the other one is chasing it and both are putting their beak into each other

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your bird!

The symptoms that you are describing are often signs of sickness in birds. Birds can have various different diseases such as lung infections or GI problems. I would recommend having your bird seen by a veterinarian if possible. Until then please ensure that your bird is kept in a warm safe environment. You could try separating her from your other bird.
