You need to keep the puncture area clean by rinsing it with dilute soapy water and then apply hydrogen peroxide. You can also apply an over the counter antibiotic ointment like neosporin to the puncture wound. Most ducks that are attacked by dogs require antibiotics because the bite wound usually gets infected. You could take him to the vet and let them know the types of antibiotics used in ducks. Clavamox and Baytril are two that I often use and they come in an oral form. If the bleeding won't stop, then may need sutures. Hopefully you can find a vet that will work with you. Try calling your local animal shelter or wild life rehabilitation center if you have one.
