Is my conure's green poop and feather loss normal or a sign of illness?

It looks normal but it is hard to tell 100% from this photo. The biggest way to keep your bird healthy is to feed the appropriate diet. I strongly suggest Lafeber diets. The color of the droppings can vary depending on the diet. If Keke is behaving normally otherwise, there is likely no cause for concern. Continue to monitor the stool and diet. As far as I can see from the photo, the feathers look normal and healthy. Some color change and darkening of feathers is normal, and the feathers may continue to change somewhat until Pa Pa reaches maturity. Molts can also change feather color some as old feathers fall out and new ones come in. If he is otherwise healthy, normal, and active, I wouldn't be worried. If the feathers change rapidly, fall out, seem bothersome, or you notice any signs of illness in addition to the changes, scheduling a checkup with your local vet to rule out any health issues is always the best course of action.

If Diablo is preferentially eating the green pellets, the feces can be more green. Fat should be kept minimal, and with the 10% fat in the pellets and seed, the seed should be limited if not eliminated. Parrots are not exposed to many seeds in the wild, but nuts yes. A wide variety of vegetables are important, as is a protein source such as beans or legumes. Good luck.

At his current age, you can start weaning him off of hand feeding formula. Begin to gradually decrease the amount and frequency of feeding. Offer a commercial pelleted diet and a fortified seed mix. Millet sprays can also be offered. Check his crop to ensure he is eating. You can continue to supplement as needed though to prevent weight loss. The droppings look normal for a chick being hand fed. The increased liquid can result in loose stool. Expect the consistency and appearance of droppings to change once the transition to solid food is made. Contact local breeders, bird keepers or even zoos to get information on avian veterinarians that will be able to examine Kiwi if necessary.

One mild concern would be a condition call chlamydophilosis, which can also be communicable to other birds and people. Looser stools can be caused by a number of things. If you've recently given Sky a bunch of snacks (such as fruits and veggies) or changed her diet, this can cause temporary stool color changes or moist stool. Removing any extra treats and letting her adjust to her new diet for a few days may help. If she has differently colored pellets in her food, this may also cause color changes to the stool as well. Other causes can include parasites, GI upset, illness, nutritional issues, metabolic issues, etc. If she didn't have a diet change or any snacks, or is showing other signs of illness in addition to the loose stool/color change (you mentioned she is less active), then having her examined by a vet is best. They can treat her for parasites and help rule out any more serious underlying conditions that may require treatment.
