My cockatiel has a white spot in its eye. Is it an infection?

Hello, my cockatiel got this weird white thing in his eye today, not really sure what it is but he doesnt seem to mind it like when a feather gets in his eye, could it be an infection or what is it exactly??

Thanks for reaching out about Kody and including a photo. Try gently irrigating the eye with a commercially available eye wash. If does not move, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Corneal scarring, corneal deposits (lipids, cholesterol) and other problems are psosible.
