My cockatiel's poop smells. How to naturally treat bird infection?

My cockatiels feces smell and I want to be able to treat the birds naturally if they have an infection

You would need to have Frankie physically examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian vet to diagnose infection. This would likely include a fecal examination to rule out parasites, yeast infection or bacterial overgrowth. Any treatment would depend on the diagnosis.
In the meantime, review the diet for any changes that would affect droppings and use paper towels on the cage bottom to make cleaning easier. Consider cleaning and sanitizing the entire cage including bowls, toys and perches.
