Why is my budgie still wheezing after Baytril treatment ended?

Poor Fudge! If he is still not improving after a course of antibiotics, it would be best to bring him back to your vet for another exam as well as some additional testing. I would have expect it to get better on these antibiotics, in that case there is a very good chance that it's a fungal infection rather than a bacterial infection, you need to take her back to the vet ASAP and ask him to try an anti fungal treatment.
